How do I return a product?

Our return policy allows for returns within 90 days from the date your order arrives. To start a return, please contact us at support@buypestwave.com, and we will assist you through the process.

When returning items, we recommend choosing a shipping method that includes tracking and offers insurance for lost or damaged parcels. If the package doesn't reach us, we won’t be able to process your return, so it's essential to ensure its safe delivery.

Please pack your return carefully to avoid damage during transit, as we cannot exchange or refund items that arrive damaged.

Once we receive your return, we will notify you of your refund status within 7 days. After approval, the refund will be processed, and you should receive it within 3-10 business days, depending on your payment provider's processing times.

Please note that original express shipping fees are non-refundable.

What do I do if I received a defective / broken product?

We are extremely confident in the quality of our products.

However, in the rare event that a product is damaged during shipping or arrives defective, please email us at support@buypestwave.com with proof of the defect.

You will have the option to receive a free replacement or an immediate refund. Please ensure that you contact us within 30 days of receiving the product.

How to cancel an order?

If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is in our system, it cannot be edited, and we typically cannot stop the shipping process once it has begun. Therefore, it's crucial to notify us early. If we're able to stop the dispatch, we’ll cancel the order and issue a full refund. If not, no worries—you can still return the order by following the return process mentioned above.
